Terms of service
1. Who provides the service
Sonbrio is provided by Reducto Ltd, company number BG208651488, registered at 6, Osma St., Malina, Bulgaria. By using the service you accept these terms.
2. The service
Sonbrio transcribes your speech in real time and places the text into the application you are writing in. It includes a desktop application for Windows, access through a browser, a personal dictionary, an archive of your dictations and, at your choice, tidying of the text with a language model and translation between Bulgarian and English.
Recognition requires an internet connection. The service does not work offline.
3. Account
An account with a valid email address is required. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done through your account. An account is personal - do not share it.
The service is intended for people aged 18 or over, or 16 and over with a parent's consent.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Current plans and prices are published on the pricing section. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- A subscription renews automatically at the start of each period until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never pass through our servers.
- Every plan has a dictation allowance. We tell you before you reach it and never bill beyond your plan without your agreement.
- We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which then applies from the following period.
5. Free plan and trial
The free plan gives a set number of words each week and needs no card. Paid plans include a 14-day trial - cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.
6. Your content and your obligations
The text of your dictations remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
You agree not to use the service for:
- recording people without their knowledge where the law requires it;
- content that breaks the law or infringes someone's rights;
- attempts to overload the service, work around limits, or reach other people's accounts;
- reselling the service under another brand without written agreement.
7. Intellectual property
The software, interface, name and logo of Sonbrio belong to Reducto Ltd. A subscription grants you the right to use the service; it transfers no rights in it.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance happens, and we give notice where practical.
Speech recognition is not error-free. You are responsible for checking the text before you use it - particularly in documents with legal or financial weight.
To the extent the law permits, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last 12 months of use.
9. Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from your settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period. We may end access for a material breach of these terms, after warning you, unless the breach is severe.
After termination you have 30 days to export your archive before the data is deleted.
10. Changes to these terms
We give at least 14 days' notice by email of any material change. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are heard by the competent court at the seat of Reducto Ltd, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule provides otherwise.
